Marley Fields, Hoath

Marley Fields was an exclusive development of 9 beautifully designed homes, traditionally built by the well-respected NHBC regional award winning developer, Forest Homes (Kent) Ltd. The development comprises two, three and four bedroom houses with stunning views across open fields and countryside. This was our first project using the newest low carbon, energy efficient Valiant Air Source Heat Pumps.

Radnor Park Avenue, Folkestone

Forest Homes (Kent) Limited constructed this pair of houses in Folkestone. We were very strict about the materials and footprint of our work. The design of the building is very much in-keeping with its surroundings. We were interested in an economically and environmentally sustainable outcome. To achieve this we used PIR insulation in the cavities for extremely low thermal loss and photovoltaic panels on the roof.

Stade Street, Hythe

For this particular project, we had to go through various compliance measures to make sure our work followed stringent industry standards. This was completed on time and within budget. It’s a great example of our commitment to delivering quality development projects and seeing it through from start to finish despite complications in order to ensure full client satisfaction.
